Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Tracked Shipping: €4.99 for orders under €35.
• Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders of €35 or more.

The free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before any applicable taxes.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, customs, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible at hypecart64@gmail.com if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in separate packages because products may be shipped from different fulfillment locations.

Lost or Delayed Orders
