This Privacy Policy describes how the ClearProof publishing automation, operated through Mytivaro, uses information obtained through authorized Google and YouTube services.
When the channel owner authorizes the application, it may access Google account and YouTube channel information permitted by the OAuth permissions granted by the owner. This may include channel information, video metadata, publishing operations, captions and YouTube analytics.
Information is used only to authenticate the channel owner, publish and manage authorized YouTube content, manage captions and scheduling, and analyze channel performance to improve publishing decisions.
We do not sell personal information or Google user data. Information may only be processed by services necessary to operate the publishing system and by Google/YouTube as required to provide their services.
Authentication credentials and OAuth tokens are stored securely and are not intentionally exposed publicly. Access is limited to what is necessary to operate the authorized publishing system.
Authorization information is retained only while required to operate the service. The channel owner may revoke Google account access at any time through their Google Account security permissions.
Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Privacy inquiries may be directed to the support contact displayed on the application's Google OAuth consent screen.
